So, I'm a pumpkin carver. I couldn't help myself. With all those pumpkin, I decided to see how it tasted. I bought one, and proceeded to carved some. Of course, I bought one so I can eat them, so the carving isn't exactly artistic. Well, it's quite tasteless. Now I know why all those pumpkin recipes call for sugar in the ingredient.
